These terms govern the trade account facility. Each purchase is also subject to the product, price, delivery, collection and returns information presented on the website and during checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights that apply to you.
About these terms
These Trade Account Terms apply when you apply for or use a TW Pro trade purchasing account with TW Landscaping Supplies (“we”, “us” or “our”). By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to apply on behalf of the named business or trading operation.
A TW Pro account is designed to support repeat purchasing. It does not provide credit, deferred payment or an overdraft facility.
Eligibility and approval
Applications are intended for returning trade customers. We may review previous order information, contact details, purchasing requirements and other information supplied with the application.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
- We may ask for further information before making a decision.
- We may approve, decline or place reasonable conditions on an account at our discretion.
- The applicant must promptly tell us if their business or contact details change.
Trade pricing
Approved customers may see a separate trade price when signed in. Trade pricing is set product by product and is not guaranteed to be available on every item.
Prices, promotions and availability may change. The price shown in the basket and confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to that order. Unless clearly stated otherwise, VAT and delivery charges are applied as shown on the website.
Orders and payment
TW Pro is not a credit facility. Orders must be paid for using a payment method offered at checkout unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order request; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch. We may contact you where stock, pricing, delivery access or product information needs clarification.
Delivery and collection
Available delivery and collection methods, charges and estimated dates depend on the products, quantities and postcode in the order. The options displayed and selected during checkout form part of that order.
You are responsible for supplying accurate access and contact information and for ensuring that an authorised person can receive the goods where required. Collection orders must be collected from the stated depot and may require order confirmation or identification.
Account security and authorised use
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through the account by people you authorise. Please contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
The account and any associated pricing are provided for the approved customer. They must not be transferred, shared externally, resold as an account benefit or used fraudulently.
Changes, suspension and closure
We may update trade prices, account features or these terms where reasonably required. The current terms will be published on this page with a version date.
We may suspend or close an account where information is inaccurate, the account is misused, payment fails, fraudulent activity is suspected, or continuing the relationship would expose either party to unreasonable risk. You may ask us to close your account by contacting the team.
Personal information
We use application and account information to assess eligibility, contact the applicant, administer the account, process orders, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations. Application information should only include details relevant to those purposes.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction available to a customer who is acting as a consumer.
